Ah Lek was asked to make a sentence using 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10. Not only did he do it 1 to 10, he did it again back to 1. This was what he came up with...

"1 day I go 2 climb up a 3 outside a house to peep. But the couple saw me, so I panic and 4 down. The man rush out and wanted to 5 with me. I run so fast until I fall 6 and throw up. So I go into 7 eleven and grab some 8 to> throw at him. Then I took a 9 and try to stab him. 10 God he run away. So, I put the 9 back and pay for the 8 and left 7 eleven. Next day, I call my boss and say I am 6 . He said 5, tomorrow also no need to come back 4 work. He also asks me to climb a 3 and jump down. I don't understand, I so nice 2 him but I don't know what he 1 . "

Hey Welcome to the Mr Hoon show..This is Mr Hoon and this is our 38 Blog. Hello everybody !haha..Hey all u San Bas - Guys and Girls alike ! We all must do our part to keep our blog alive ! Update people !!!

Anyways..there have been a couple of events happening in the past few weeks..The major event being the Class BBQ followed by an outing or two. A class outing in our sense - refers to around 1/2 the class at most. A shocking turn up rate for the BBQ i must say..EVERYONE MADE IT WOOOHOO !

Another shocking discovery..For a class of 24 we sure eat little..For your information :

1/4 of the otah was eaten
1/3 of the satay was eaten
1/3 ? or 1/2? of the chicken were eaten

In short, there were alot of leftovers. Note to ourselves: Buy about 3/4 of the food bought for this bbq..

Yes guys . If you still can remember when it was just 2 days before the PI deadline when everyone was online rushing to get that cursed PI done. Well its that dumb period of time again...This time its bigger ( an extension of 100 words limit) and better ( dont people love to evaluate and criticise others?)..Well for my EOM..Like timsoo said..

just maybe the bitterness of argentina being sorrowfully booted out of the World Cup may have clouded my judgement of the german team, but hey... i dun support the other 2 teams either. haha.

Couch Potato's Predictions (sure correct, one):

Italy vs Germany -

Based on current form, Italy wins 2-1 and breaks the hearts of the German faithful. the referee on duty is kayu as usual... so too bad germany. Klose scores and own-goal... making his tally dip from 5 to 4. WTH. lol. Italy scores a winner through a penalty by Totti earned through a blatant dive by Inzaghi.
Lehmann is injured and Kahn replaces him in the second half.

France vs Portugal -

Good ole' Zidane puts on an entertaining show for the fans. Hits the crossbar 10 times but turns villian when he clashes into Cristiano Ronaldo. Ronaldo, so obviously not fouled, clutches his face in "pain" and gets up to play when Zidane is given a yellow card.
Free kick to Portugal leads to a fine header by Viana.
Henry hits a hat-trick in the 2nd half.
Ribery scores a 50m shot.

France and Italy qualify...

FINAL......

France is in hot form. so is italy. But italy are cheaters. haha. =p. the Azzuri win 20 free kicks but put only 2 past Barthez. Whereas France score through Saha and Viera.
Extra time sets in and a corner is awarded to france in the dying seconds.
Barthez lets fly a 20 m shot from outside the penalty box to seal the win.

FRANCE ARE THE CHAMPIONS FOR THE 2nd TIME!!!!!!

disclaimer: the match report might not sound objective as the reporter supports one of the team.

it was a evening when mass support really mattered. utterly sensational. boisterous activity coming from the stands of Stade de Jalan Besar... chants of "VJ-VJC" (X1000,000) were erupting from the South Gate all the way to the middle block of seats.

yes, it was a truly exhilarating evening for Victorians as the VJC soccer boys team pulled of one of the greatest "Houdini" stunts in the 'A' Division Inter-school Soccer Finals. Critics (esp those at the north gate =P) would disagree and call our soccer boys 'Tyco-sh**s', others of neutral support would call the team the 'Comeback Kings'... but i say they are truly the 'Untouchables', at least for this season. boasting an unbeaten record i believe, the VJ soccer team went into the finals with a point to prove. having failed to retain the title last season, losing on penalties, they managed to inflict heartbreak to the MJC faithful this year. in the process, they also produced one of the most exciting soccer matches ive seen... second only to the awe-amazing 5-1 fightback from Arsenal against Inter Milan in a Champions League match at the end of 2003.well, i really applaud the players on both sides for their 'never-say-die' spirit and for putting up a show that, i my opinion, might have caused an unfamiliar shaven-head mr tan to have a heart attack.

here are the match highlights:

the match started off with a bang... with both sides having their fair share of chances. VJC had i think 2 golden opportunities in the first 20 mins of the game... their defence was NOT GOOD... although No. 8 and 13 were the effective rocks of defence. it was clear that MJ was relying on us to slip up and catch us on the counter-attack.

No. 35 of MJ was kinda skillful. but i didn't like his attitude. we kept tugging and pulling the shirts and pants of the VJ players at the crotch area at times. Lol.

then came somewhere ~20mins... one MJ midfielder sent a long ball thru to the No. 33 that shattered the defence. giving credit to Meridien, No.33 was speedy and is full of pace... causing the most nuisance to the VJ backline. so he pounced upon the opportunity by running past 3/4 of the backline to go one-on-one with the 'keeper and stabbed the ball sideways into the back of the net. it sent the Victorians in the stands moaning in grief. Personally, i thought it would be hard to win if the formation didn't tighten.
1-0 to MJC.

for the next 20 mins or so, it was all just missed opportunities for both sides. But VJ missed more of their chances as they failed to convert from the set pieces and corners they were often winning. MJ had more supporters, but the Victorians definitely pwnzed them in cheering. i felt myself going zao sia by this time. Nikhil was onz sia.
Halftime: 1-0 MJC.

as we were discussing during the break, deon, chin and i predicted that MJC would just play the ball around and defend their precious advantage; boring football in other words. then the red shirts were trying to lead more cheers, to no avail for a while. We ended up singing the Victorian Anthem to uplift the hearts of the VJ players. It was a magical crux of the match. from then on, the match never went the same.

the whistle blew. MJC was looking to defend their goal. their efforts, however, were not enough to contain the attacking football VJ played for long. on came No. 21 of VJ for some other tired player. he was the Henrik Larsson of the game. 10 mins into the second half, he lobbed the ball high up in the air. To me, it seemed like it he intended to, but was just trying his luck at goal. It paid off. with 10% skill and 90% tyconess, the MJ keeper fumbled and failed to hold on to the ball. the goal-bound lob sailed straight into the top left of the goal. By this time, i felt that we were going to draw and possibly win on penalties.
Both teams tied 1-1.

it wouldnt have taken a blind man to sense that VJ was regaining confidence. shots were missed, but at least they attempted. Rezwan (no. 19), with his surging runs down the flank, was working tirelessly to provide opportunities. Most impressive was Keefe, No. 5... the captain. the skipper was combatant on midfield, winning most of his tackles and stealing possesion from the opponents. However, another lapse in conc of the defence caused No. 33 of MJ to again poach a well-taken goal that beat the VJC No.1 at his near post.
MJC 2-1.

many might have thought we lost it all by then, as there was only ~15 mins left to play. all MJ had to do was to play the ball around. it didn't happen. the Victorian mass support group cheered on, and didnt wane. i guess all of them, like me, were cheering our lungs out for, if not for the team, the prospect of a FULL DAY OFF if we posted a win.

there was a right corner to be taken by VJ at around this time. a cross was swung in to the mass of players aggregated in front of the MJ goal. i didnt really get to see who headed, but it was definitely goal-bound. then some MJ player, i think No. 2, cleverly (or foolishly, u decide) delibrately handled the ball. this meant that goal would not be awarded but the player would see RED and a penalty would be awarded to VJ. Keefe was to step up and take it. He ran up, struck the ball, but it was saved by the MJ custodian. i was gripping my seat, gnashing my teeth in dismay.
still 2-1 to MJ.

with 8 mins left to play, VJ earned another set piece. (i forgot whether it was a corner or not). there was a goal-mouth scramble and someone slotted home from close range to pull VJ level. it sent the entire South Gate roaring with cheers and "whoo-hoo"s.Both teams tied at 2-2.within the next 2mins, captain keefe was unleashed down the flank by a throughball from someone. he skipped into the box, faked a defender and passed it out to another player from which he blasted the ball into the net. touch of class like that of thierry henry, i say.
VJ leads 3-2.

within another 3 mins, another opportunity came. this was from a counter attack produced after MJ failed to capitalise on a corner. No. 7 was unleashed, giving him a chance of a 1-on-1 with the MJ keeper, with 1 defender trailing close behind. amid the pressure, he calmly took the ball around the on-rushing keeper and did a twist before stabbing the ball for a last-grasp goal. typical Samuel Eto'o style.
VJ 4-2.

MJ saw the title slip from their hands in 5 mins. like arsenal did in paris last wk. But really, it was a pulsating must-see match that totally pwned the Barca-Arsenal Champions League final last wk. Victorians left Jalan Besar in a high, leaving the dejected Meridiens to rue what might have been.well, i will definitely book the front row seats again next yr. mrs chan, if u happen to read this... im eagerly waiting for my full-day off!

Tim Dunk-can and John Splashim

yes yes, u already know what happened to timothy and john yesterday... here's a recap on what we did...

Thursday, 11/5.

in the canteen...
jason: let's sink him (tim)

john: yeah... let's do it

josh: wait, where's deon and matthew?

soon after...
tim is carried towards the sink, girls start screaming

tim (squealing): no, no, pls lah, its very sick lah... its damn dirty lah

jason: i dun care... muahahha

by now, all eyes are on our class... sharon is busy snapping pictures, the girls stand nearby... some grinning (dun bluff, i noe u were)

resistance from tim is futile... jason switches on the tap, pushes tim's legs into the sink... but his body just wouldn't go in...

josh: his shoes, his shoes, take them off

the tap remains on, jason gets splashed in the process

then tim is rushed to the fountain. despite his slight struggling, he is dunked into the fountain with great aplomb.
john, with his menacing grin... decides to go near the victim, still submerged in the water.

"Splishhhhhh". tim sprang up, 'hydro-pumping' john. lol.
lesson number 1, nv go near to see a person who just has been dunked.

john's kinda drenched by now, he jumps onto jason. haha. jason didn't grip him, and he falls to the ground...

"Owww, owww, owww... ouch," went john as he was grimacing in pain, perhaps (sry, can't tell whether a hyena is laughing or crying). the girls look shocked. they start screaming again. jason wants to lend his help to him, but chooses to laugh... ahah.
lesson no. 2... never jump on a bai ka even if u wanna make him wet.

john threathens to throw tim's precious shoe into the fountain.. in the end, the throws it up high and it plummets.

john passes me the oher side. i didnt know what to do. suddenly, i get rugby-tackled by john from the side. he wipes his wet hair onto my back. of course, i start shouting.
lesson no. 3... nv trust someone who is wet.

we dunked tim again. haha... can't really remb tt bit...

then, we decide to dunk john. since his birthday was already over and we didnt have a chance. we grab him but he desparaely fends us off. he struggles but realises tt the ground is too scorching for him to lie on and starts starts shouting, "ahh, ahh, hot, hot.." the girls, esp rachel, burst put laughing.
lesson 4... just submit to the dunkers lah

by then, the dunkers were tired. then came chin ann the hulk. he muscled his way through john's struggles, lifted him, and threw him into the fountain. wow.

An update at last haha ! It has come to my attention that many of us do not noe the user and password to our class blog..So i will tell u all again on monday..HOW CAN U DUNNO HOW TO ACCESS UR OWN CLASS BLOG SHEESH !!

With a half-day yesterday..a rather successful class lunch was held at KFC..Haha..Not bad from what i gathered..more than 1/2 the class made it cept for the usuals..*random thoughts* WHEN IS JIAMING GONNA MAKE IT FOR HER FIRST CLASS OUTING? *wonders* O nvm..While i wasnt there..heard alot of stories about a chinese speaking indian that showed porn to john thru his hp..O man..Some nuthead sia..WHY would ANYONE go around and say Ni Yao Bu Yao Kan..I think its because John looks too pai kia liao and tt guy is mad..I cant imagine what will happen if he should it to rachel or something..Hahaha..Some say she would just tiam tiam but i think she will cause a big hooha and all..Guess we should be glad nothing of tt sort happened..

Anyways..after many people had to pangseh us..A small bunch of us - Deon , Meifang , Sui Hui , Wing sum , Chin Ann , Tiffany , Matthew , David and myself made our way to David's place to watch dvds borrowed from video-ez..Rah..I should have pushed for Saw 2..The 3 Dvds borrowed...Meet the Fockers , Hide - and - Seek , Exorcist - The Prequel..Quite funny i have to say..When we watch meet the fockers..the girls were disgusted while the guys were tickled..Then when we wanted to watch exorcist..Everyone was squealing nooo noo dun wan..THEN Y DID WE HAVE TO BORROW IT IN THE FIRST PLACE -.-" Hide-n-seek didnt meet up to my standard..It was not as scary as i thought..Haha but i guess..Watching movies whereby the majority are girls kinda makes it more exciting..The screams at the scary parts makes it more exciting..However..random squeals by SUIHUI and demanding the characters to shoot and asking stupid questions kinda made the "horror/thriller" movie more like a comedy..Rah..Still think we should have continued on wif the Exorcist..Wahahaha..Class chalet we're gonna force everyone to watch..Yea..That means u too timsoo!!

Two lessons learnt from this outing : Horror/Thrillers wif Suihui = Comedy

Busy Weekend

Haha..A relatively late update considering that we had a class outing on friday itself...I guess everyone was busy chionging the PI / mugging for chem test over the weekend..O well..Next week afterall is a really busy week..

The class outing on Friday was considered a.......success? i guess..I mean the attendance rate for Joshua's performance was not bad at about 1/2 the class..Woot..Go 38 =.= And those who pangsehed me, Deon , Sharon and Meifang..U all should just jump and die !! Haha joking..i noe its Good Friday and all..So many of u would be busy..So being a nice guy tt i am..I FORGIVE U ALL =D

Like i said..Those who didnt come to Joshua's performance missed out completely on a classic DF by Josh when he saw porno on the net in the movie..i say he is a natural at tt hahahaha..Moreover, u could have been laughing with the whole class when they said he got A1 for Cl and HCl..That is like the biggest joke ever bwahahaha..Well..The scarings on the way were very fruitful..Go the GUYS =X O ya..We have invented the 38 shake..A totally cool shake..Love our class and our nonsense haha..38 COOL MAN..38 SO LAME..38 WHATEVER !!

Hello! I'm back again.. after a long while. Damn bug got me.

Anyway, the guitar ensemble will be having our concert on the 19th of May (Friday) at 7.30pm in the PT. Please come and support us! Haha. this is a movie-cum-play production which my friends and i have been working on for the past few wks. im acting in it... both during the movie and live. haha. well, she's not the only pangseh-er though, there are others too-.-...but she's the ultimate one..haha..anyway, for the first time the gals outnumbered the guys during class outing. so, kinda sian diao to find out that not all of the 38-ers can make it, BUT it's still quite fun after all. We had the prc scholars to join us for this lunch. It's a pity that qing qing(i'm not sure wats the spelling) cant make it. We went parkway to have lunch at pasta mania.i wonder if it's a blessing in disguise coz we seriously can hardly squeeze into the place itself, and wif the 'creatively-made' small hexagon-shaped tables-.-, there is hardly any surface area for us to lay out the food. haha, but we managed to do it after all.
o ya, the most memorable part of the outing is the way 38-ers eat.hmm, with Xiaoying sprinkling dried chilli over her garlic bread, it's rather interesting, i didn't know she could take SO much chilli:D. not forgetting enen n her grated cheese. she definitely shocked me in some ways or another by transferring grated cheese onto her spoon n placing it into her mouth instead of sprinkling over her pasta. n with GREAT talent n potential in the F&B industry, Matthew,enen n meifang came up wif a new dish, pasta wif delicious creamy,spicy tomato herb sauce ,wif freash mushromm added to further enhance the taste.Dried chilli n chilli seeds are added to make it even more spicier,combining wif the super-delicious grated cheese , it's definitely a must-try:D

today i decided to support the soccer match but it was raining...so i didn't pangseh uall ah...and my drama thingy is realli busy...drama nite on 5th may...but anyway i dun expect uall to come...so nvm -.- lolx.

oh ya...u noe there is only 4prc scholars taking bcme this year...and i'm the only guy...some pcme classes got around 5 prc per class so they may only be constrained among their own group...so i feel it's realli good to be in this class to be with all of u...although i maybe more than 2 yrs older than uall...haha...so wanna thank all of u :)

Well, the new week brought many changes to 06s38. The considerable noise level has died down, mostly due to the flu bug running around VJC. Even our crazy tigress - Rachel has been defeated by this measly organism. Wait. Viruses aren't living things.. are they? Haha. Well tmr is the day we all are dreading. I mean, 3 GP PERIODS?!?!?! Thats inhumane, pure torture. No offence Mr. Hoe (: Oh oh and theres econs lecture too! With the Economies of Scale.. Woo. And to top it all off, a wonderfully SLACK 3rd period PE for us weaklings who failed to get silver. Oh wow. I can feel the excitement building up! Haha. Wait! I heard there are javelin trials tmr.. with any luck they just might cancel 3rd period PE. Hah.
